Computerized Accounting
Computer accounting adopts a voucher entry book-keeping system where the account balance is automatically updated as the voucher is prepared.
It is also a double entry system. In other words, a voucher must be balanced before the computer will consider it to be completed. Thus, accuracy is ensured since the account balance always balances.
